In addition to my work as a therapist I am passionate about spreading understanding of mental health issues and therapy. It is incredibly important that we all feel equipped to understand our own mental health as well as being aware of how mental health issues can affect others.
The training I offer is designed to increase understanding but also to help with more practical matters, such as how to go about seeking help and how to communicate about mental health in the workplace.
I have wide experience of delivering training having had the opportunity to work with different organisations across different sectors. I have worked with universities to deliver lectures to the next generation of mental health professionals, delivered mental health training for businesses and worked to increase the skills of workers in the social-care/health sector.
Below are a few of the training products I offer but I am more than happy to provide bespoke training for the needs of your organisation.
