Often we struggle. Sometimes these problems are clear to all. At other times we try to hide them. We smile and say everything is fine whilst underneath we are drowning. Sometimes you may not know what is wrong, just that something is.

Part of my role is to help you start pulling apart these different strands, to start understanding how they weave together. This is important, as it can make things feel less overwhelming. It also means we can more precisely target the different strands. There is no “everything” therapy. No silver bullet to bring the whole edifice down. Rather there are approaches which are more specific to different strands.  

By untangling the different strands we can choose the approach that will be most helpful to you now.
